Description

Gagarinets mission: We transmit data directly to smartphone’s cameras by sending short messages with hyperlinks connected to mass media resources.

The Avant Space satellite is the first spacecraft in the future Constellation satellite system, which will consist of dozens of such devices in low Earth orbit and project images into the night sky.

Speaking about the space advertising project, Anton explains: each satellite of the Constellation system will represent one point of light (pixel). The group of satellites will move in orbit at an altitude of about 600-800 kilometers above the planet. Their projections form a logo or text similar to a constellation in the night sky. Advertising will be turned on when flying over major cities and agglomerations of the planet with a population of more than 10 million people. And the size of the image will be similar to three Moons.

The electrical power of the lasers on one satellite is 150 W - this corresponds to the consumption of a light bulb. The engine weighs about one kilogram and over several years of active use of the spacecraft it will consume about 0.2 kg of fuel. At the same time, lasers on satellites are safe for aviation and do not interfere with astronomers.
