Educational mission with radio communications payload.

Description

The 1st mission is to teach by doing to design, build, test, launch and operate satellite on orbit. The second mission is to reach out to high schools in the area to design and operate devices in orbit. This will train students in radio communications and encourage STEM.

All of the schools involved in this project will have students obtain an FCC license. As they design the satellite, they have obtained skill to design and operate radio device place in orbit.

Encouragement and improvement of the amateur service through rules which provide for advancing skills in both the communication and technical phases of the art. This radio protocol will be open source and the university will publish easy to use software for use by the world wide amateur community. Proposing LoRa comms using 10.3 Fd1 18bps.
