Description

The second satellite of the Kuzbass State Technical University. T. F. Gorbachev as part of the Space-π project .

The payload (PN) of the MSC consists of the PV control board, three vibration sensors (Globaltest AP2037-500) located in mutually perpendicular orientations on the MSC frame, and an electromechanical emulator of a part with internal stresses (EMEDVN).

The control board provides bi-directional data transmission between the OrbiCraft-Pro Sputnix CubeSat (SXC) platform and the MSC payload.

An electromechanical emulator of a part with internal stresses is a support and a movable element in the form of an elastic beam, one end of which is hinged, and the other end is movable and can rest against the stop. The movement of the moving element is carried out by a stepper micromotor with a gearbox. A strain gauge is also fixed on the movable element to control the level of internal stresses in the EMEDVN. The model and parameters of the stepper motor and load cell must be agreed upon at the development stage of the Control Board.

Data processing will be handled by employees of the flight control center of KuzGTU and students of the training areas "Electronics and Nanoelectronics", "Automation in the Energy Industry", "Power Supply", as well as interested schoolchildren.

Results

For 93 days, the spacecraft was at the flight testing stage. After 3 months they reported: the entire satellite system is working properly, the temperature inside the satellite is normal, all sensors are working normally, which means that you can start working with the payload.
