Demonstrate using water as propellant.

Description

Demonstrate using water as propellant. Uses electricity to split its water propellant into Hydrogen and Oxygen, which it burns as fuel.

Mission objectives:

  1. Electrolysis propulsion demo
  2. Optical navigation demo
  3. Reach Lunar Orbit
  4. Femtosatellite operations beyond LEO

Technology Demonstrator

  • Spin-Stabilized Attitude Control System
  • Water Electrolysis Propulsion System. Demonstrate potential In Situ Resource Utilization.
  • Optical Navigation System for Low cost position and attitude determination. Triangulation using celestial bodies.
  • ChipSat is Rideshare on a rideshare.

Spring-loaded separation releases both into opposite spins providing passive spin stabilization.Single CO2 cold gas thruster.
