Educate students at Ohio University and local high schools about satellite design and operation, and inspire them to pursue STEM careers and to advance the radio art. Its secondary mission is to estimate GNSS inter-constellation time offsets. Technology demonstration to measure time offsets between global navigation satellite systems using a CubeSat to create a precise time reference in orbit. |
